Big group dinners are common in Barcelona. But places that handle 10-50 people well (pica-pica, bodegas, vermuterias) get booked quickly.
Expert Tip: Reserve restaurants early, especially if your team wants long tables or outdoor seating. Last-minute group bookings are tough here.
DINNER
EMBRACE THE “LATE DINNER” CULTURE

Barcelona eats later than many teams expect. Dinner at 20:30–21:00 is normal. Earlier bookings can feel empty or rushed.

In the middle of the offsite we had an idea to re-do all our LinkedIn headshots, I emailed them in the evening and woke up to 3 photographer recommendations that were available with their portfolios.
Every venue was a hit, and nobody once had to ask “wait, where are we supposed to be?” They were professional but never stiff, which has been different from past offsites we have hosted.
